3. Check screws of all fixed parts, including anchor screws, end cover screws, bearing cover screws, etc. Tighten the loose nut.

4. Check the transmission device, belt pulley or coupling for cracks, damage and firm installation; Whether the belt and its buckle are in good condition.

5. The starting equipment of motor reducer shall also be promptly cleaned of external dust and dirt, wipe the contact, check whether the wiring parts have burn marks and whether the grounding wire is good.
